Minolta Dynax 5D (Maxxum 5D in some countries) is my trusted camera since 2003. This photoblog is a collection of images which I see, and capture, through it. I normally use the 28-70 3.5f Minolta lens; occasionally, 100-300 4-5.6f Tamron lens; ISO 100 Kodak / Fuji film. I get the negatives scanned and I don't edit, sometimes only crop, my photographs before posting. Request visitors to click the thumbnails for a better view of the pics. ME FIRST!
Where's SayanDi? :P
Nice! I like it a lot. You focus stuff really well. But is it the same picture that you thought wasn't as satisfactory? If it is, I think you should re-think.

What's with this blind fan following? Two comments! And they are the same!!
Anyway, SayanDi is here...nice to see my absence being felt.
I love camels, plan to own a couple of 'em anyway. And one with a pierced nose...wah wah wah! Great picture.
Sad...I am sorry but that is the first thing i fel when i saw the picture...we humans leave our mark where ever we go. We just have to bind animals...maybe for whatever reason but the nose ring symbolize our weakness...
Nice picture...
And he is smiling too. :)
this is a cute picture.
Rohit - Congrats! You first and second :-) Thanks to you I thought this one is postable.
Sayan - The owning of camels is part of the Jaisalmer plan, is it? I think Rohit was referring to the absence of competition from you rather than you. Please don't be jealous of fan following.
Kanu - This one is not even native of Leh. There are only eight of them there.
BASTM - If only it would tilt it's head 30 degrees... you know what I am talking about.
hahaaa
i know what you are talking about.

Deepak - Thanks. This was taken with the longer lens although the range was good for the shorter one. Glad that the focus was still there.

Thanks Navin.
Prashant - Bro, that is my idea as well. I don't want to get into digital art. I want to keep the essence of the original.
i have mixed feelings...the camel looks cute cuz its smiling and at the same time the nose ring must hurt!

Awwww! its so cute! waise, camels always have tht silly lazy dreamy look! had it not been with their constant chewing and saliva drooling, i'd have literally give them, purely platonic, puchi!:D
But since thats not the case, so far, its only the "awww"s!
Btw, darn cool capture! :)
